FUN ALBUM FROM AFROMAN
TRIP-the album starts out on a really great note with this excellent track. AFROMAN
4FO:20

1. The beat for this track is extremely smooth and sounds like a classic laid back Cali track. Of course Afroman is great on the track with none stop great raps, a lot of course are of the humorous kind. There are some messages within the track though mixed well with the funny stuff. This is a great opening track that all would like with out a doubt, the verses are excellent, I like how he talks about the places he has went on tour. 5/5

2. BEER BOTTLE UP-another good song follows after the last with a nice bouncy beat but it is the guitar that really adds to this track. Afroman is great on the verses talking about drinking of course. This is a good song over all but not one of his best, but that guitar on this track is excellent. 4/5

3. GHETTO LIFE-musically this song is brilliant as the instrumental is excellent, from the beat to the bass to the piano to the guitar. Musically this is one of the best on the album but Fro does not utilize the beat properly in my opinion. I don't know maybe it is just me but he should have rapped on this one for sure instead of singing. 3. 5/5

4. ON THA MIC-now this is the way Fro should always kick it with some great lyric over a great track. The beat is excellent and kinda has an epic sound to it as Fro spits what his life and career has been like from him blowing up to being cheated by the label. This is one of the best songs on the album. 5/5

5. CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE-the beat on this one is kinda menacing but funky at the same time which is perfect for Fro's style. This track is all about his hustle and how he gets down in the music biz. This is a good track and fun to listen to but not the best on the album. 4/5

6. THA MORE U DRINK-this is classic Afroman right here as he raps about a funny topic and makes it work. This one is about how when he performs the drunker you are the better he sounds. That is literally what this whole is about and it is great, the beat is smooth so that is great as well. 4. 5/5

7. TAKE A HIT-this one is all about what he is most known for, smoking. As usual Fro sounds great on the track but it is the slow smooth beat that really makes me like this one. It makes you want to do as the title says. 4/5

8. COME ON-this one is just one of those fun tracks were Fro just spits over a cool beat. The instrumental is kinda old school mixed with a West Coast feel to it. Afroman sounds great on this one with an excellent flow on this track, good song. 4. 5/5

9. LIFE OF THA PARTY-this is an interesting one right here as he goes from singing to rapping and back all threw out this track. The beat is bouncy and has that old school funk sound to it with the bass and such. This is another real fun track like the last one. 4/5

10. SMOKE A BLUNT-this is a good way to end the album but it is still from the best song on the album. The beat on this one is cool but the flow just seems off at times to me, especially during the hook at the beginning. Well maybe it is just the flow is just to slow for my taste I guess, still a great song to chill to. 3. 5/5

This is good album but it is far from his best, still there are some excellent tracks on this album.

Another Classic album from Afro muthaf*ckin m a n!
I swear this is exactly what hip hop and the rap game needs. First i would like to say that every song ive ever heard from afroman is seriously amazing. His lyrics and flow are really good, his beats are soo tight. He has his own unique style thats irresistable. Everyone should pick up a copy of this cd and all of his others. Afroman is down to earth and talks about real stuff and also loves talking about having a good time with his homies smoking weed and getting drunk. He is really funny too. He's not all about smoking weed and he dosnt talk about it to be cool. Just have an openmind and please listen, just because he isnt a mainstream rapper like 50 cent dosnt mean he isnt good. Everytime i listen to one of his cd's it automatically puts me in a good mood. I reccommend to get all of cds, you will NOT be dissapointed. Albums: 1. Sell your dope 2. The Good Times 3. Afroholic - The even better times 4. 4ro:20
He also has a new cd with his group :The Hungry Hustlers - Starvation is Motivation. And he has a christmas album Afroman - Jobells which is really funny.
