ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT
But since then invested in every album including (luckily) this one. OK so i only heard of them over here in England after the release of Private Eye etc.
It has only 4 songs on it, which you can get on their self titled album, but i wouldn't sell this CD for any less than £50, it is that good! You can probably only buy it on e-bay or something like that now, but if you get the chance, and do like Alkaline Trio then it is worth buying.
Every song is excellent Alkaline Trio.
Hope their next album, 'Good Mourning' can be just as good!.

P. I used to own the CD itself! The original E. of which only like 3000 copies were made!! And it got stolen!! Woah is me. Well, I do still have it on vinyl. And the vinyl was the first Trio release I ever owned (at the time it was their latest), and the Sunday morning listening of the record following the heart-stopping Saturday night show the boys put on (with original drummer Glenn Porter) turned me into a hard-core Trio fan for life.
Fortuneatly for folks like me, the Trio re-released these four amazing songs on their self-titled b-side collection.
"Goodbye Forever" and "Bleeder" often fight each other in my head as to which song is the best Alk3 song of all time. Dan's two songs, "This Is Getting Over You" and the title track, are really good, too. However, they are his two worst when you take into consideration his songs on all the other Trio releases. You must realize that Dan's songs are all super-amazing. These two just aren't quite as good as all of his other ones. But when you are listening to this E. P. , they both grab you, take you in, and you temporarily forget about all of the "She Took Him To the Lake"s and the "Message From Kathleen"s, and all you care about is the King of Rain and the Queen of Pain.
No, you can't buy this release anymore . . . but, as I said before, you can get all four songs on the self-titled b-side collection they put out. Go! Quick! Get it!.

You listen a few times and then they take over your mind. but this cd no matter what! the alkaline trio is the most powerful band in the world. They RULE!.
You'd be a fool not to buy it!
Alkaline Trio is one of the best bands ever, but they take a few listens before you start to like it. Don't listen to anyone who doesn't give this item 5 stars. Then they just completely take over. Ever track on this ep is great. Track 4 is probably the best. But bleeder is so good too. They're all good. Well, I can't say anything else, just don't pass up the Alkaline Trio.

This new release from "ALK3" is awsome!! all the songs are great, but track 2 is my Favorate. The Alkaline trio's music take another step forward. Dan's voice is so intence and Matt's backing is great, Not to mention the music. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it's only a four song (EP) and not a Full length CD. Now I have to wait for more.
