Talented Ms. Amorosi
The real treats are the last two tracks. This is a german import featuring a remix of "have a look" (i think the remix is superior to the original album version) then there is the album version of the title track. "heroes live forever" is the song from the olympics, a very powerful piece. I bought the single for the olympic song but was surprised by the fourth track, "rise up. " I don't know why it wasn't on the album, but it really grows on you. The cover of the single has kind of a blue-ish look, the lengths of the tracks are as follows: 1)3:47 2)3:34 3)4:31 4)3:36 -- making for over a quarter of an hour: one album song and three non album songs. I bought "the power" based on Amorosi's olympic performance and have been more than happy with it, even though it was expensive. At the moment when a lot of singles are filled with lame remixes, "have a look" is worthwhile. Amorosi also takes some writing credits on her songs, which is more than can be said for a lot of people to day. This is no studio magic, just pure talent and that makes for a great listen.
