This is a great cd from an amazing group!
I listen to everything from Faster Pussycat to Slayer. First off I am an 80's rock fan. I recently purchased 4 of the BB cds. Most say Total 13 is the best but I diagree. This is my favorite followed by Enemies, Diesel then Total 13. This is an absolutely amazing band. Sounds kind of like Faster Pussycat, GnR meets Social Distortion. If you buy any of their cds I promise you will enjoy every song on every cd.

Just a little side note. . . . 80's rock seems to have never went away in Europe as it has here in the US. There are many great bands (especially in Sweden) that are worth looking into. I have found many of these groups through the "People who bought this bought that" and the "Check out my list" part of Amazon. .

One of BB's good releases.
This one falls in to the "really good" category. The BB have a habit of only having every other record of theirs being really good. Catchy as hell songs and some great riffs make this a repeat listen for me. Sure, BB are pretty cheesy at times, but they do what they do really, really well.

Oh, I can do without the song "friends" though. That song blows.

STOCKHOLM SYNDROME

People Like People Like People Like Us".
I migliori brani dell'intera produzione, possono essere facilmente identificati in "Earn The Crown", "a Song For The Outcast", "Year By Year" e soprattutto nel classic rocker "Friends", vero lavoro corale che ospita diversi "big" della scena rock mondiale quali il compianto Joey Ramone accanto a Kory Clarke, Tyla e tanti altri.
. . A chi importa?

Stockholm Syndrome [Bonus Tracks]
In fact this was a very pleasent surprise and this 2003 release stockholm syndrome shows that they have massive potential and if they continue to develop their sound, lyrics and vocals there is no telling of how succesfull they can be. Backyard babies sounds like a mix between ministry with their grinding guitars and a STP copy when it comes to the vocals and lyrics and this in itself is not a small compliment. The cover art is nice and the book-let is ok. Overall this is a very good cross over band that can reach the stars with the right releases and with a bit of luck.

Backyard does it again
I listen to it all the time it's spinning in my stereo right now. Ok Backyard Babies have not put out a bad CD yet and this proves it this CD is awsome. This just proves that America can't do music right so we have to count on Sweden. Also the song Friends is amazing it is one of the coolest songs ever. So get this CD and if you like them check out Hardcore Superstar another awsome Swedish band.
