Customer Review Love of My Life Erykah Badu takes you on a journey from her early childhood when she first smelled the aroma of love, to her impressionable phase and on through her transition to a woman when she realized that there's nothing like a friend evolving into a poignant loving apex. I must say that this is by far the most extraordinary song made in the last quadrant of the year 2002. It's almost magical how her story is so simple yet fulfilling to the soul, a fantasy that anyone can receive as reality. To those who can appreciate a technical analysis of album quality, the production is remarkable and the songs are very diverse yet still contains a lyrical style only Badu can produce.
