On her Majesty's Secret Service
No problem with the item. Excellent. However, for a reason that I do not know of, order was duplicated and I got two DVDs. I have returned the additional one.

Thanks and regards .

Theme Music "On Her Majesty's Secret Service"
I'm glad I made the purchase from Amazon. This is by far the best theme music by John Barry, composer, musician, on any of the "James Bond 007" movies.

Majestic music

This is actually one of the first CD's I ever purchased in it's original form. My favorite James Bond film and my favorite Bond soundtrack. ($13. 99 according to the price tag from the 1980's!)The remastered version is a revelation in sound quality and a welcome expansion of the score. A bargain at this price!

This contains some of John Barry's best work and brings to mind the images of the Alps and Piz Gloria and the breathtaking scenery showcased in the film. A hidden jazz gem is the soft and sultry "Try".

This soundtrack is marred only by the strange and annoying "Do you know how Christmas trees are grown?" It just goes on and on. This is one of the worst songs ever.

Still I rate the entire disc as five stars, because the rest of the music is that strong. Even non-Bond fans like the majority of music on this disc.

one of the coolest
Great John Barry score, great orchestrations, arrangements, overall sound. one of the coolest (and best) James Bond soundtracks, although I like From Russia With Love just a wee bit more. And you can't beat Louis Armstrong singing the title track to the movie. .

On her majesty's secret service
He is collecting all the James Bond soundtracks. I bought this CD for my husband.
