The Dio Years of Black Sabbath.
You get a good blend of heavy metal, with songs that also feature the bands performances as well. Good selection of Black Sabbath material, featuring Ronnie James Dio, on vocals. Worth checking out.

been listening to this since i got it. Iomi and Dio, a great couple. . old school Sabbath style rock n metal, a little on the dark side, heavy riffs. . .


Best of Dio stuff.
I would just buy Heaven And Hell and Mob Rules and be done with it. Good if you want a "best of".


Nice collection ... even nicer are the 3 new tunes!
Ronnie James Dio is an unparalled singer in this genre. Finsally we are able to get a Dio era Black Sabbath collection. . . . .

The 3 new tunes alone are worth the price of admission. They clearly show that this incarnation of Black Sabbath, currently on their 3rd reunion of sorts (early 80's, early 90's, and now here in the new millenuim) is a force to be reckoned with. . . .

Can't wait for the new full length album "The Devil You Know" (being billed as Heaven & Hell for the name of the band). Apparently Tony Iommi & Geezer Butler wanted to keep the Ozzy Osbourne fronted incarnation of Black Sabbath on the sidelines (unlike when Dio first came to the band -to "replace" Ozzy).


Just cashing the check like Kansas and other lost bands...
They've lost the spark as indicated on the new songs. What's the difference between this and Ozzy- very little. I saw them when they were still good. Please come back Tony Martin.
