One of Buffett's best!
This is one of the best albums of his career. "Fruitcakes" marked Jimmy Buffett's return to the top ten of the Billboard albums charts back in 1994, and for very good reason. The title track is a Buffett classic (great in concert), and songs like "Quietly Making Noise", "Six String Music", "Lone Palm" and others make this a classic Buffett album, essential for both confirmed Parrotheads and casual JB fans. Very highly recommended.


Fruitscakes is great
It contains music not heard at his recent concerts. I enjoyed listening to this vintage Buffett CD.
I would recommend it to all Buffett fans

Heard a Whole Lot Better
Not so with this one. This particular CD left me "cold"--since I began collecting Parrothead music, I've always found at least one song on a CD that made the buy worth it. It'll occupy it's place on the shelf but it will stay there.


Love the Delaney song
I love the song Delaney talks to statues. This was recommended to me by a friend. . . the innocence of children. What a nice reminder to stop and enjoy the moment! The balance of the CD is good, albeit, this is the one standout!.
