EXCELLENT
I had this tape years ago and have played it so many times, and then I lost it. This is Solomon at his best. I went to Amazon to find another and ended up with the wrong one, which was the Platinum Collection, and I did not like it. I believe it was one done when he was younger. I think this is better quality and a darn good CD "Solomon Burke soul alive!" I stopped and had to play this CD a few minutes ago. You can't go wrong with this one. Buy it!.


Soul Alive by Solomon Burke
Proud Mary is a must for all fans. Solomon Burke was new to me, however, once heard he is a favorite, this CD is fabulous as are all the others he's done.


Timeless
His music is just as touching and real now, as it was all those years ago. I can remember hearing this as a child when my mom played it. I have just about everything Solomon has touched. He is most definitely a timeless wonder. .
