great bargain It was so simple, I certainly shop here again. I got exactly what I wanted in a very short time.
Still sounding great!
Hard to believe that this man can still sound so terrific at age 73! The last two songs are a great fit with his hits.
Campbell's Still Got It
We still love this musical Rhinestone Cowboy and this compilation of his best is a must-have for any country music fan. If you don't have a smile on your face by the time the third track of this CD has played, you must not have a heart or a pulse!
Campbell's best hits still ring true after almost 40 years and will transport you back in time to the carefree days of the Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour.
Another lost opportunity...
The engineer made some newby mistakes by adding too much top end and not paying enough attention to the overall tone. I love the music and I love the idea of it being remixed but these are kinds thin and toppy. The balances are okay, nothing spectacular but the tone is just too pinched. I was hoping for a fuller, more modern sound from these. Instead we got bright, thin and somewhat anemic.
Another lost opportunity.
It is what it is
I have always liked Glen Campbell but most of what I have of his is on vinyl. I had no doubt when i purchased this product that I would enjoy it. I am in the process of moving all my vinyl to CD and this will bridge the gap until I get there.
