Awesome riffs, great detah metal lyrics and just awesome layout. The dubut Cannibal Corpse album is one for the ages. If you hate this band or think they are grotesque or sick you should't be looking at bands Called Cannibal Corpse. Just by the band name and song titles alone you should know this isn't "raffy".

One of their best.
Don't buy this expecting songs about bunnies and sunshine, though. This is death metal at it's finest. It's all purely about gore. We really don't need another "OMG DEATH METAL IS RETARDED" review.

I recommend it. But as I said before, with a cover like that and a name like Cannibal Corpse, don't expect songs about bunnies and sunshine.

Yeah their songs sound the same and they are boring and retarded. I couldn't stop laughing when I heard them the first time.

And eaten back to life? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA.


STFU....This is classic
Alright, to start this off. . . everyone who gave this less then 3 stars based upon the lyrics are really, really gay. And as for the fools saying that the music is easy to play. . . . . I will laugh at your funeral. As a drummer, Cannibal Corpse's drumming is not "sloppy random notes". Guitar wise, how many of you can actually solo? I rest my case. As for the vocals, well, that is a matter of aquired taste, but the same people who are bashing this are giving 5 star reviews to Death albums, not realising that THEY USED TO DEATH GRUNT AND HAVE GORE LYRICS.

Anywho, to Hell with all of you. I thoroughly have enjoyed this since I got it a long time ago and I still continue to enjoy it. Favorites are Shredded Humans, Born in a Casket, and Skull Full of Maggots.

Just listen to it for the music, if you want poetic lyrics, then read some Edgar Allen Poe, you tools.
