buy it for the bittersweet "war"
The two cuts of "War" are great - it's a bittersweet beauty of a song with some beautiful melodies. This is definately a worthwile purchase for any fan of the cardigans. Also look out for the "Erase and Rewind" CD Single with some great 80's style electro remixes and the "My Favourite Game" video. Gorgeous!.


Too Many Drums and Bjork-esque style
(South America) Yesterday, when i got home i received "My Favourite Game" import cd, that i bought from Amazon. This is Eduardo, writing from Guayaquil, ECUADOR. com. So, i listen it with all my expectations after reading the messages posted here in the mailing list. The first track: My Favourite Game- The best part of this song comes from the drummer of the band. Lyrics kind of bizarre. Type of Madonna's Erotic background. Music, sounds pretty the same as Portishead, with a Bjork-esque touch. I like it, but Lovefool was more an impact the first time i listened it. The second track: War (first try) - Outreageous and terrific lyrics. Very deep itself. I don't like the music background, specially those drums. The third track: War The best from this CD single. I love the part (i think it says this): ". . . I loaded my gun with love. . . " If someone could send me the lyrics of this song i'd really appreciate it! Well, that's all folks.


Pure music, exceptional artists... enjoy it!
It sounded awesome and it has always stayed on the same level. I liked the Cardigans since their debut album 'Life'. My Favorite Game is a blast with a really, really cool sound! Yes, I love it!!! No Doubt about it!!!.


Great Driving music
The vocal background in the single is great and will stay in your mind a long time, especially when you are cruising on the E4 from Stockholm. I have just returned from Sweden where the new single "My Favorite Game" is now out from the Gran Turisimo CD coming in November. It sounds new and different from other Cardigans tunes, with a more edgy sound and very urban.

not recognize the cardigans at all but I did
dig this song right from the start.
I just watched the video for this song.
I recognized Nina and was amazed. The sound's
all new and more like rock. Also the video is
pretty cool.
