Songs like Heaven is a place on earth, La Luna, Circles in the Sand and I get Weak all remind us of the glory days of the eighties and fills us with the summer feeling. This is a record with wonderful pop/rock songs performed by one of the most beutiful voices within the genre. High choruses, well performed music and the world class voice of the beutiful Belinda Carlisle makes this music fit for all kinds of events. The second CD also includes excellent dance versions of Heaven is a place on earth, I get weak, Circles in the sand, as well as some other hits from the first CD. Highly recommended if you like the voice of Belinda! But who doesn't?. Belinda Carlisle - A Place on Earth Frankly folks, I bought this for ONE SONG - the Long Version of "Circle in the Sand (7:51) which, by the way, is an excellent, mellow mix that should have gone on for 30 minutes (or more!) The extended mixes are on a bonus second disk! I got a used copy that sounds excellent - so, I saved a "tidy little sum" and reaped some special music!
