Customer Review DEFINITELY WORTH IT...IF YOU CAN FIND IT This collection of the CD & hardcover photobook is certainly worth the price you would have to pay for it today. God, if only I knew just how very limited this edition was when I bought "Live Seeds" back in 93 (94?). . . that is if you'd ever find one in good condition. I personally wouldn't bother paying a lot of money trying to get another copy unless the book's condition were at least near mint. Anyway. . . This is a really nice collectable to have. What I remember liking about the photobook is that it feels as if you are getting a chance to look at one of Nick's or of the Bad Seeds' personal photos. I recall one very well of Nick sitting in a chair, laughing with a small cluster of fans at his feet. I remember wanting to be one of the people in the room because it looks as if the photo is capturing Nick recount a really funny story. This was such a great accompaniment to the tour film "The Road To God Knows Where" that was released around the same time as this (now available as a double feature with "Live at the Paradiso" DVD format). The CD itself is certainly worth it for "Plain Gold Ring" alone (a song that is unavailable elsewhere). This song is so good & done so well here, it will take your breath away. Also. look out for the terrific version of "The Mercy Seat. " I've had the pleasure of hearing Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds perform this song 4 times and I've never heard it sound this good. .
