Gotta love Ray
My only complaint is that it could have been twice as many songs (and yes, I'd have paid more)! It's just so great to hear the genuis of Ray come through on the slightly country, Here We Go Again, or the fun and spritely, At The Club, the big band sound of Smack Dab In The Middle, the classic (Night Time Is) The Right Time, Spirit In The Dark (Reprise), what can I say about that performance, and who isn't be moved by America The Beautiful. This is a wonderful collection of Ray's music. I could list virtually every title in this collection and call it a 'WINNER'. Makin' Whoopee just came up as I'm writing this, and man, the groove, the soul, the rhythm, Ray's ability to take you along with him as he slides and glides, wow, it's remarkable. Ray's musicianship is simply extraordinary!

If you love Ray, no, even if you just appreciate Ray, this is a must have. If you don't know his music, well, it's high time that you too, 'discover Ray Charles'.

Excellent
I already had a couple of Ray's cd's. I bought this collection mostly because I was unable to find this one song available as a download. But I wanted Understanding. This collection is incredible. There are some great photos and stories in the book included. Very happy purchase.
