Vocals Ruin It

Soaring, ripping guitars with the best of them. This band has got tons of talent.
Tight driving bass.
Tight, crisp, FAST drumming.
All that wouldn't mean anything, but unlike so many heavy bands these guys have melody.
Melody, structure etc. . .
Until:
The Vocals.
How friggin' annoying!
Can we have enough of the death metal vocals please already?
Anyone can do a Cookie Monster Impression.


Didnt even get it
After I purchased the item, I received an e-mail informing me that I would be getting a refund for the item due to it being out of stock. I didn't even get the item at all. Who sells an item that they don't even have in stock? The whole thing was a waste of my time and I hope this doesn't happen again.


eh...it's alright
And that wouldn't be so bad, except nearly every song is like that!

It is good symphonic power metal, no doubt; like Dragonforce with a metalcore singer, but the vocals get annoying fast, I wish they would drop the vocals and be instrumental. First off, the guitar work is stellar, the drums are heavy and occassionally you hear some great bass work, but the vocals, god, they ended up driving me up a wall! It reminded me of a chained up pit bull. Did I mention the vocals get annoying fast?.

Will absolutely order from this merchant again. My cd arrived in a very short amount of time and it was in a prestine condition.


Great music
i really cant beleive how Laiho can scream that much but it works out great. it has great guitar. favorite songs on this cd are probably Black widow, Downfall, Silent night Bodom night, and Hatebreeder. this is a great cd. but if you dont like screaming. . . this is definately not for you. but if you like screaming, speed metal or anything like that you should listen to it. overall it is a very good metal cd. (if you like this also look at Hate Crew Deathroll. thats another great cd by Children of Bodom which includes Needled 24/7. ) .
