Decent for CKY There are a few good songs on the album that are really catchy. I'm not quite as impressed with this album as I was with "An Answer can be Found". Other than that it really lacks the traditional CKY feel I'm used to.
What an AMAZING BAND with a new AMAZING ALBUM!!
CKY continues to throw out that unique sound we love them for!!. CKY is amazing! This album is great, well written, well produced.
Over-Rated by their 6 fans
Let me start by saying that I am a cky fan, have been for years. . I've heard EVERYTHING they have released, Movies and music. With that said I'm really not into Carver City. The lyrics suck, Rats in the infirmary and the boardwalk body? Lol. . . seriously. . . this is the best they could come up with?
The album has a sound to it not far from him, or one of "bam's" crappy Finish bands. Instrumentally the drumming and such does sound improved but other than the small improvements this album is lacking.
I'm not saying that C. C will not satisfy the hardcore cky fans but other listeners beware. There is little here to be enjoyed.
I suggest you stick with I. D. R or A. A. C. B. F, both are superior albums to this sad excuse they call Carver City.

Listen To CKY
Solid all the way through. Another spectacular album from the boys from Weschester. . . . no filler, although there never is on a CKY album. The moog is back and so is this band in a big way. You'll be doing your ears a disservice if you don't pick up this album to add to your collection. I'd describe it, but their music is pretty indescribable. You have to hear it for yourself and trust me, you won't be disappointed. Listen to CKY.

Some new, some old, all CKY
CC shows true innovation for the band and if this is any indication of their direction for the future, I say bring it on. I've been listening to CKY for some time now and am pleased to say I am glad I bought this album. The opening track let's you know without any doubt this is a CKY album and treads familiar territory through the second track. "Rats in the Infirmary" was a nice surprise, opening up their sound with very precise presentation and a nod to metal fans. "Karmaworks" is another winner, beautifully blending 'traditional' CKY with a sharper, meaner sound that should give something to everyone. Finally, "Old Carver's Bones" is wonderfully creepy and gives real weight to the cover art. Other highlights include "Plagued by Images", "Woe is Me", and "The Era of an End".
