kind of blue
i bought this as an update to my existing album. there is no greater jazz album;miles at the top of his game. the sound is great and it is an economical alternative to the more expensive reissues.


Miles Davis
Even if you have the original version, with the new material this is a treasure. This edition is great great great! The outtakes are pretty interesting. Buy it!.


Stillness
As so many fine reviews here have stated, the Legacy Edition is different. We've all heard "Kind of Blue" -- one of the great achievements of 20th Century music -- many, many times, on vinyl and CD. Boy, is it.

What overwhelmed me was the quiet, the spacing, the stillness. . . And the growing sense of aloneness and separation as we move through the five main pieces.

An absolute must buy.

What else could I say...Miles Davis!
I could listen to "All Blues" all day. Kind of Blue (Legacy Edition)

If you only buy one Miles Davis CD, this is the one. Just one suggestion, if you already own "Miles Davis; Kind of Blue" (Not the "Legacy Edition") be sure you know that the new Legacy Edition has all of the same songs as the original CD but it expands with studio versions of the songs. It's really cool but know what you're getting. .


The Greatest Jazz Album
The remastering job and the extras are excellent. This is the best version of this album. .
