Kinda expensive, but nice...
If you need to get a good selection of Skeeter Davis music; and you don't already have "The Essential Skeeter Davis", then you can invest in this CD. If you are one who likes to read liner notes, then get some lessons in Japanese. Although many of Miss Davis' best works have not been immortalised on CD, the selection on this one is not bad at all. You should enjoy "Homebreaker", (which sounds awfully similar to "Set Him Free"), "He'll Have To Stay", "A Dear John Letter", and "My Heart Skips A Beat", but the best cut of all is her remake of the Ernest Tubb hit, "Walking The Floor Over You". This song is a classic and this alone makes the CD worth getting.
