One of my favorite cds of all time!!!
I love the beats and the messages are awesome. This is seriously one of my favorite CD's of all time. I know it came out like 17 years ago, but that's one of the main reasons why I like it. Its a classic. I think the old school style of the rap is awesome, and Mike and Kevin have amazing voices. Every song is awesome. Some of the interludes are even funny. I love "Will Power" and "Greer" is also funny. I can't really choose a favorite song because they're all amazing. I really wish DC Talk was still together. Oh well I can still enjoy listening to their music.

Great CD! You'll love it!
It contains some songs that are DC Talk classics. This is a terrific CD even if it is a little bit older. You'll definitely want to own it. .

This is the Greatest dc Talk album Ever
"Time Is. I am perhaps the biggest dc Talk fan ever to exist and this is my favorite of their albums. . . " is my favorite song. Also, I would like to clarify something. All of the reviews I've read for this or any other dc Talk album say "Toby raps this" or "Toby raps that". The people who wrote those reviews must have never listened to dc Talk carefully because the rap clearly sounbs like that of an African-American guy, not a white one. So just because Toby McKeehan (tobyMac) raps now doesn't mean he did in the 90's with dc Talk. Michael Tait raps, Toby does the main lyrics, and Kevin Max Smith does secondary lyrics. I love this album and have reccomended it to friends and still will.

I wish it was free
I got this album because I had a few of their others. I have enjoyed DC talks music for years. This one was a suprise. It wasn't what I was expecting. THis album is 90's hip-hop. The album is worth the price for Lean on Me, and Jesus is just alright.

A Must Have

This CD features a number of outstanding songs in various genres. As with all dcTalk albums, 'Free At Last' is excellent. There is truly something for everyone. It includes rock, pop, and rap. The lyrics are unashamedly Christian.

Some of the best songs on this album include the following: Say The Words, Luv Is A Verb, Jesus Is Just Alright, Time Is, The Hardway, and Lean On Me.

The version that I have also includes 'Free At Last - The Movie' and two music videos. I highly recommned that version containing the DVD.

If you don't have any dcTalk, this is a good one to start with. Their music is something that will grow on you. Buy it!.
