AN INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE!!
JD has ALWAYS been a multi-talented man, but this is A MUST HAVE for every true JD fan. with his voice and the musical talent of his band, this item is truly one worth purchasing!!!! AAA+.

a wonderful music experience
Yes, this isn't the young John Denver - but, his more mature voice is just as wonderful. I have been listening to this album since I received it about 2 weeks ago. The love songs are amazing - so beautiful. The oh-so-familiar songs (Annie's Song, Calypso, Back Home Again, etc. ) are like visiting old friends - so comfortable and homey. Denver's voice seems to envelope and cover you like a warm blanket. What a terrible loss to us. I'm so glad I happened on the concert on a PBS night and have revisited my love for John and his music. Anyone purchasing this album will not be disappointed - only that it eventually ends!.

The Wildlife Concert by John Denver
It brought back good memories of the time I lived in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, also one of John Denver's great loves as you can tell from his songs. This brought back so many great memories of times spent listening to and watching John Denver perform. This was by far the best collection of his music that I have ever had the privilege to own.

So pleasant to listen to
He is remembered as one of the great American musicians and song-writers, and a leading humanitarian and environmentalist. John Denver was born Henry John Deutschendorf, Jr. This two-CD album is recorded from a live concert, and shows off John's musical talents to their absolute best. All of his greats are here - Annie's Song, Matthew, and Calypso. (But, not Thank God I'm A Country Boy. )

Overall, I found this to be a great album, so pleasant to listen to on long car trips. During my recent trip to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, this album became the soundtrack of my pilgrimage. I love this album, and highly recommend it to everyone.
