Not to be passed by
You think you know these songs, but when you hear the maturity and depth of John's voice you feel as if you are hearing them for the first time. This is a must have for any John Denver fan. I listened to it on my Wave radio and "For You" blew me away. You will really appreciate his talent with this CD. You won't be sorry. Don't pass this one up. .


best versions available
His voice is mature, the pace of the songs is just right, and some of the selections are differently sung than the original top 40 versions. I have literally all of John's CD's and this one is one of the best. If you don't have this CD because it contains songs you already have on other CD's, you may want to consider getting this too. It's the one I choose first to play in the car on my way to work, for the reasons stated above. Peace.


Pure John Denver
However, the Unplugged Collection has become one of my very favorites. I'm a lifetime fan of John and have all of his CD's. I highly recommend this CD even for the fan who has it all!! .


John Denver takes you home
" Whatever you call it, this recording, coming in his 53rd year, is mature, beautiful, and will spoil you for the recordings from his 20's and early 30's. According to the web site for the John Denver World Family, this album goes by several names: "Love Again," "The Unplugged Collection," or "A Celebration of Life. By 1996 he had lived a lot of life, and it shows in this version of old favorites. A real gift to JD fans worldwide.


This CD sucks
This CD is terrible -- by far the worst I've ever heard from John Denver or anyone else.
