Stones Nothing has been done about this issue!!!. Did not receive my CD one month after ordering.
Simply wonderful...
I enjoy listening to almost everything he has ever recorded, but this one is among the best. This has long been one of my favorite Neil Diamond albums. I guess we all prefer the music we listened to during our formative years, and Neil Diamond was a prominent part of my early teens and young adult life. You drift away from things as you get older, but you always go back to the things you enjoyed most, especially with music. If you are a Neil Diamond fan and have never had the opportunity to hear this complete album, you have really got to give it a try.
A-Super ballads
Back in the early seventies bought my
first music casettes some three years into my first job after high school. One of my first recordings ever.
I remember buying first my portable Sony cassettedeck/radioplayer with the
the most beautiful sound ever. Neil Diamond and Johny Cash were the first
tryouts. Amazing "" Man in Black"and "Stones"" were absolutely the best
songs to play on my Sony Cassettedeck. Each and every song I remembered
and liked very much. From Neil Diamond I got to know Leonard Cohen's
songs. Now that almost all music recordings are on disc I had to upgrade
to this latest medium. The sound is as good as it was then so I am quite
pleased. J. Brown

I never forgot "Stones"...
To buy the disc was not just a great trip back to teenage years but also a reminder of what an incredibly gifted singer and song writer Neil Diamond was. This was the album (sorry, showing my age) that I'd always wanted and never found. Like all good music for me this has stood the test of time and the haunting title track is worth the price of the disc. .
Another Neil Diamond fan
Quality and delivery of the CD was very good. I was somewhat dissappointed because the CD was not the same as the tape but that is the fault of those that produced it.
