African Trilogy-Great Find!
The children loved the African songs very much. I purchased this album in 1972 as an elemntary school teacher in Las Vegas. Over the years I lost the album. I was so glad to find it released on an audio CD. It makes me joyful whenever I listen to it. It would have been nice to have it digitally remastered, but it'still a treasure for me.


Diamond's Best
Seems to tell the story of his delight with Africa - in music.
Taproot Manuscript is my absolute favorite recording by Diamond - absolutely delightful from start to finish. I also find the African trilogy section almost breathtaking. Amazing for a pop artist! I want to wiggle and dance all the way through it (and usually do).

it's an oldie but a goodie
I have searched for this cd for a very long, it has african trilogy on it and is the reason for my buying it.

This was my first Amazon purchase, but I will guarantee it will NOT be my last!!!. This was a replacement for the same CD that "mysteriously disappeared" from my collection.

when you listen to it, you realize what a musical genius neil diamond really is. this album is just as good if not better when i bought the record many years ago.

i got the cd quickly and it was in perfect condition. i would highly recommend it!.
