Prime Earle This is early Earle, pre-prison, i. Only 12 cuts here, but every one is a gem. e. , his best stuff from Guitar Town, Exit O and Copperhead Road.
Plenty Of Bang For The Buck
Most of his signature early tunes are here. An excellent Budget priced introduction to Steve's breakout MCA years. The remastering is great. I bought the cd for the 2 rare cuts. . . "Six Days On The Road". . . "Continental Trailway Blues". . . both soundtrack cuts. These are both great songs and worth the price of the disc. I own all of Steve's cd's already, but the remastering also made this a great purchase. My only complaint is the omission of "The Devil's Right Hand".
Wonderful country/rock-and-roll music!
I didn't know of steve earle before, and this is a great introduction. This is by far the best 'best-of' cd I have ever bought. Every song is good, and i can't imagine someone not loving it, unless they truly dislike the country and/or rock-and-roll genres. .
