An Amazing Start To One Of The Funnest Bands Ever!
This album will pump you up and get you MOVING. This album is something to put on when you just want to smile. When you just want energy and danceable grooves and pure ROCK this is the album to listen to. Electric Six has never let me down in their career so far and this is perhaps their best album.

If you want to get into Electric Six than this is the place to start. This album is their debut and really laid the groundwork for every album after it. They have changed their style in different ways throughout their albums, but really the general idea is still the same as presented here.

The highlights of this album are their biggest hit Gay Bar, the opening track Dance Commander, and Danger! High Voltage. As a rule actually, any Electric Six song with the word Dance or Dancing in it is an absolute classic!

Such a great, and different (in a good way) cd.
This is definitely one of my favorite music albums of all time. Heyyo,

I love it! It's got great beats, and the lyrics are just the right amount of silly/awesome. . I listen to this and the rest of the Electric Six stuff nonstop at work on youtube until I can just buy the rest in one go. . darn mortgage and truck payments have to come first over my love of music sadly. :P.


Gay Bar Alone makes it a 5 Star!
Ok. . I'm a sucker for catchy guitar lic's and Gay Bar has it in SPADES. Not too fond of Naked Pictures, but the over all versatile sound of this CD makes you "go to 11". Too bad for them their songs are not "main stream" as if they were, it would make them more money, but good for us in that for a TRUE MUSIC FAN, this band is unique and edgy. GREAT CD! I had NO idea who these guys were until I went to a Psy Fur's concert and E6 opened for them. Now I'm hooked! Rock on E6. . . rock on.


Fun Music
This is a fun toon. I heard the Dance Commander song on that movie Stick It. Get some more fire to start your war! . . . and you don't even have to leave to go to the store. ;)

Disco rock?
It's very vivid and interesting. This is a really fun CD. A great CD for parties too. .
