Fantastic song! Too bad they messed up the CD single.
The album version has an infectious groove that will make you want to move to it. This is one of Enigma's best songs in recent history. The only problem? I haven't had a chance to listen to the CD single yet.

Unfortunately, the CD-single contains the "copy-controlling" technology that can cause problems with certain car CD players (mine is one of them) and if you want to listen to this CD on a computer (while at work, for example) you are required to install some kind of player software first.

Since I am not allowed to install software on the PCs at work, I am unable to listen to this CD in the car or at my office, two places that I enjoy listening to music to. Because of this restriction, and the fact that it has prohibited me from listening to the music that I have purchased, the rating is 1 star (the music may very well be 5-star worthy, but if I can't listen to it, then I can't rate it :-/ ).

An energetic and sensual single
Boum Boum is the third single from Enigma's Voyageur album and it doesn't disappoint. This is the UK release of this CD single. In addition to a shortened version of the original off the album (Original Radio Edit) it also includes the Chicane remixes (Radio Edit and Club mix) which really bring this single to another level. The Chicane Radio Edit is the mix featured in the video for this single, which is also included on this CD in Apple Quicktime (MOV) format. An excellent bonus for any Enigma fan. There is also the Wally Lopez Vox mix which isn't as good (Quite repetitive) as the Chicane mixes and which by the way is exactly the same as the Wally Lopez Club Version featured on another country's release of this single. I recommend this single to all Enigma fans especially those who would enjoy a new wonderfully done club mix of this awesome track and to those who would like the music video.

The Club version is simply a longer version of the Edit. There is also the Wally Lopez Radio Edit which is another wonderful take on this song and it's longer version - Wally Lopez Club Version which is more repetitive. It's worth mentioning that the Wally Lopez Club Version is exactly the same as the Wally Lopez Vox featured on another country's release of this single. I recommend this single to all Enigma fans especially those who would enjoy a couple new wonderfully done mixes of this awesome track.

best enigma song to date!
This is enigma's best song to date. Enigma has come along way sice there debute release back in 1990. I'm glade they released this one on a MAXI. We get 5 tracks encluding the original album version, wally lopez radio and extended mixes and my favorite mix, the "chicane radio and club mix". 10/10.
