LOVE
I started off just knowing the two great beauties Chains Of Love and A Little Respect, but I quickly came to love every single track on here. I've owned this CD for ten years and I still listen to it almost every day. This music has the unique ability to be cool, fun, deep and joyful all at once. It always makes me feel wonderful, as if there is true hope in the world, or at least sweet harmony. There is this kind of ethereal quality to the music that I can't quite explain. It takes me Somewhere, to a state of mind where everything is pink clouds and silver knights. I know I'm a freak, but anyone with any worth is kind of a freak, and Erasure is our music.

Great buy
. It's a great buy for Erasure fans that don't want to buy a lot of albums just to get the hit songs.

ERASURE - Best of the Best
Immediately ordered this "best of" and love it a bunch. Saw ERASURE for the first time this past June [on the True Colors tour], and was amazed at the show.
Keep 'em dancing, boys!.

Must have for Erasure fans
This has all of the must-have songs from Erasure's 80's releases, from the beautiful "A Little Respect", to the Yaz-sounding "Who needs love like that", as well as their other bigs hits, like "Chains of Love", and "O L'Amour". This is a classic album for anyone who enjoys 80's synth pop. Really, this CD is worth it just for those four songs, but every song on here is quite good.

An Interesting Album
You have to hear them to know what I'm talking about. Erasure has their own distinct style. They're REALLY heavy on the synth-pop sound and high-pitch vocals, so this album title is appropriately named.

Pop is usually highly upbeat, and many songs in this album are, like Stop! and Chains of Love. But what really pulls this album together are the darker songs that aren't quite so upbeat like Ship of Fools and The Circus, which are still heavy on the synth, but not so much the pop.

This album is quite harmonic, and you can find a track to listen to no matter what mood you're in. I got more out of it than I bargained for.
