No Escape from Firy Texan Trio
Sure, it's poppy, catchy and full of Fastball verve, but anyone else whose got the album knows there's much more - and frankly better stuff - on it. This song, culled from the amazing All The Pain Money Can Buy, is, to me, a strange choice for a single. But all the same it's good, with Miles Zuniga taking up the mike for this one (ie. Not Tony Schalzo who sung The Way, an acoustic version of which is included). I like it, but if you've got $10. 99, get another ten bucks and buy their new album, The Harsh Light of Day, instead. But not before you've bought All The Pain Money Can Buy! (Maybe buy Fire Escape after Christmas, to enjoy the ace She Comes Around). Not bad at all.
