Garbage.
It's not entertaining. No one but the most die-hard of FF fans could possibly enjoy this. It's annoying. I love Fear Factory when they are not experimenting with goofy techno beats.

If you do not have any FF albums and are looking to buy some, do not start here. Start with Archetype and Demanufacture instead. That is Fear Factory. Remanufacture is tripe.

Incredible album
The hard sound of Fear Factory, mixed with electronic music makes it unique in every way. This is realy extraordinary album. I like it a lot.

Re-mix that stands on its own

"Demanufacture" is a metal masterpiece, recognized as important as Pantera's "Vulgar Display Of Power", and just as heavy. Hopefully fans can still find the "Demanufacture/Remanufacture" double set for the single CD price as I did, but if not, this is not just filler material - it's essential Fear Factory, and way ahead of its time, thanks to the superb production and daring arrangements. What sets FF apart is synths, Burton Bell's clean/growling vocal exchanges, inhuman drums by Raymond Herrera, and guitarist Dino Cazares' brutal riffs, never once giving in to a self indulgent solo.
"Remanufacture" basically pushes the former off the wall, and reassembles it, giving us completely different versions of the same material. Exploring explosive rhythm patterns, sampling and ultra cool synthesizers, FF have breathed new life into heavy music, and are not afraid to even give us a moody beautiful piece with "21st Century Jesus". It's spacy without being wimpy, and the whole CD grows on you over time. In fact, I've had this double set for quite some time, and I can't get enough of both "De-" and "Remanufacture", there being so much to listen to.
Fear Factory is coming out with another remix CD this fall, and if it's similar at all to past remixes, it'll be great. Too bad Cazares is out of the band.

If you like Fear Factory, don't buy this.
But when i heard the remixes of remanufacture i was completely horrified. Demanufacture is one of my favorite fear factory albums, it is second only to archetype. As a metal head, i was very disapointed when i first heard the big electric dance beats kick in(very out of place). This album is far from any metal I've ever heard, and if you're like me, a true metal head, dont waste another second on this album. Hopefully like me, you will enjoy Fear Factory much more when they are actually playing their instruments and not the synthesizer. Buy "DE"manufacture!.

I LOVE THIS ALBUM!
THIS IS KINDA INDUSTRIAL, KINDA TECHNO INFUSED ROCK. . .

IF YOU LIKE ORGY, RAMSSTEIN, ETC. , THIS KINDA REMINDS ME A LITTLE OF THOSE BANDS. . .

IT'S NOT LIKE THE OTHER ALBUMS (QUITE RECOGNIZABLY), BUT IT SUMS UP WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS BAND: YOU WILL NEVER HEAR THE SAME THING TWICE. . .

THANKS FOR YOUR TIME,
-CHRIS-.
