Customer Review White Reggae At the time, I thought this was a (weird) new wave band. I was unfamiliar with these guys until I heard 'So Long' on a classic alt-rock net radio station. As intrigued as I was, I bought a best of album, and Fischer-Z definitely gave me a new insight to music from the UK. This is a reggae inspired band that stands aside of other similar bands of the era, such as the Police or The English Beat. I guess the whole movement of reggae-inspired English rock is still something I'm exploring, but Fischer-Z makes a very smooth move between 'rock' and 'reggae', and they do it with spunk. I'll give them that- these guys are willing, and like to, rock!!!.
