Don't leave home without it
Great tunes "Coke","Beautiful","Hollywood", these are just a few of the jems. This CD is Awesome. This band is very underated. WWJD, he would probally put this cd on, loud, very loud and rock. Great tunes for a road trip, don't dare take the CD out of the disc player, you got let it it ride, and when you are done, you will be either at a sense of peace or astonishment. .

Very underrated band.
The version that was available in stores everywhere (though briefly) and now this one which came first. I actually now have both versions of this album. They both have their merits. For instance I think the bass sounds better on this version but the guitars are better in the reworked version. There's a great tune in this version that was left out of later version in favor of a more popular song that didn't make the original cut. Also, in the reworked version, a lot of the songs were changed very similarly and thus sound a lot alike. In this version, there's more diversity. In all, I really wish this band got more recognition instead of having a brief moment in the sun and fizzling they way they did.

Beautiful
For a small, no-name band, this is truly impressive, and more people should know of Flickerstick. This cd is practically flawless. The lead's voice is incredible for someone who seems to not have had any professional training. If you like love, fun, and beautiful music, you'd love this record. .

Great Album, Great Band
The songs are basically pop-rock but they really have a flare for the dramatic that pays off big with "Lift", "Got a Feeling" and "Direct Path. I'm new to Flickerstick but I was really impressed with this album. . . ". If you're tired of the cookie-cutter stuff on the radio and are looking for a good, original band you should try this out. Their second album is also very good.

Yes!
Unfortunately, it seems to have been lost somewhere in cyberspace. Once upon a time, I wrote a very thought out and spectacular review for this band/disc. Since I do not feel like trying to reproduce my once brilliant words (trust me) let me say only this: Flickerstick's WHTA is one of my "deserted island" CD's. (What 10 albums would you want with you if you were ever stranded on a. . . . )

Flickerstick is great. This CD is great. But it. Don't make me re-write this again. My review gets worse each time!.
