Very Good Example of why I like some soundtracks.
This soundtrack has so many great songs, it would be hard to find something similar with all these classics.


WHAT HAPPENED?
So what happened?. I notice there are many good songs on this CD, but how come that song by the Rolling Stones "You can't always get what you want" is not included on the Big Chill soundtrack? Gee, that song was in the beginning of the movie and a great opening for that film.


The real thing.
It's such a relief not to be slipped a compilation of later date recordings that are dull and uninspired. I guess because it had the big budget of filmdom, the producers were able to compile a disk of original hits.
