Yes, for completists only, poor sound quality, but...
But, despite the 'bootleg' audio quality it's not a bad concert. The other reviewers are correct, this CD is for completists only and the sound quality varies from adequate to poor. Ray Wilson did an admirable job taking over from Phil Collins & Peter Gabriel on the vocals ---and this may be the only recording where you can hear Ray Wilson as a member of Genesis aside from the 'Calling All Stations' CD. The addition of a new drummer & guitarist as well as Ray on vocals breathed new life into the band. This concert was a change from the Phil Collins days, with the band playing more of their early, progressive (as in more interesting) music. I think Tony & Mike really blew it. 'Calling All Stations' wasn't a big selling CD, despite its more 'progressive' sound and the U. S. tour was cancelled. If they'd reinvented themselves, played smaller venues and done a second CD with Ray on vocals Genesis could still be going strong today. Instead, they sacked Ray, called it a day, and Genesis now resides in the dustbin of progressive rock. Too bad. (To this listener's ear, Genesis never recovered from the loss of Steve Hackett. ) If you have "Genesis Live" with Peter Gabriel on vocals and "Seconds Out" with Phil Collins doing the singing, "Live in Poland" with Ray Wilson on vocals completes the trifecta of singers. Buy this CD to hear what Genesis could have been, post-pop & post-Phil. Ray's a great vocalist!.

Be warned - poor sound quality!
Unfortunately, this isn't that recording. I was excited to see this, as I'd been hoping to hear a good recording of Ray Wilson singing some of the old songs as well as the Calling All Stations tracks. While not a bootleg per se, this is obviously an "unofficial" release that I can't imagine was ever sanctioned by the band. The sound quality varies from just OK to pretty awful, sometimes changing in the middle of a song. Much of it sounds like an audience-recorded bootleg, and there are spots where there's very noticeable background hiss and even some wow, like you're listening to a warped record. Very disappointing--I would recommend this for completists only. .

Its is still good to hear................
I was surprised to hear it came off well, but you can
hear Rutherford really"pushing" the envelope to try to make the band
sound good. Iwas a little hesitant about buying this with only Michael Rutherford
and Keyboard expert,Tony Banks being "the real" or remaning members
of Genesis. Banks played just wonderful. But I have always admired
Rutherford for always pushing the band,he has always and did a great
job on this Poland live CD. The mix is not the best in the world, but I wanted to see how Ray Wilson can stand up to this great band. The answer is he did ok. I have heard all the tunes,of course in original
format and live with other people,of course Collins. But Wilson is a little too passive and really does not get "into the meat" of the songs. The Cd mainly goes from the Lamb to Congo. Which was a major disappointment in any Genesis fan. But buy it. Like I said I
wanted to hear how Wilson would do in a live Genesis setting. The crowd in Poland seemed to like it very much. Now i wish the original
remaing people would go in one last time for a studio album and stop
making best of Vol 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. . . Could this possibly happen??.
