Brillliant
Excellent sound from and outstanding musician. . it does have Floydian sounds for those who care about that, but it has true authenticity as well that allows it to stand on it's own without comparison to any previous work(which we all know is great). The DVD has good video of David live and in studio(Abbey Road). So in my opinion I recommend investing in this album. .


Dave Gilmore On an Island
Very unhappy with this copy compared to the Blu-Ray of David Gilmore looked like a home video .

For fan of the great band pink floyd, god album great production and audio david gilmour back whit other estudio album .


David Gilmore Fan...........
It still remains in it's original form with the plastic shipping cover. I purchased this to add to my Pink Floyd collection. The best Pink Floyd Concert was held in 1988 in Dallas Texas. I was in the front row of the Concert. Why they chose to never release this in a DVD form puzzles me to this day. David Gilmore is unequaled as a lead guitar player.


Outstanding Musicianship
David has technical prowess on the guitar, in fact, many instruments -- his choice of notes, melodies, harmonies & rythyms keep me thinking of the possibilities, even in my own playing of Bass, Drums, Keyboards & Guitar. David Gilmour is an incredible Song Writer & Musician. David's writing abilities have always been a source of inspiration with his thoughtful insight about Time, Space, Earthly Delights, etc. We will only get one David Gilmour. I highly recommend this album. .
