Definitely worth the money if you can find it
To this day it's still in my top ten list. Glassjaw's roadrunner debut "Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence" was one of the best records I've ever heard. It's only fitting that they release one of their more popular songs as a single. That song would be "Ry Ry's Song", which is an excellent tune in it's own right. There's also an edited version of "Siberian Kiss" (although you don't really notice any difference). However the two unreleased tracks are what makes this import worth having. You know you love unreleased Glassjaw. The first is a cover of Youth Of Today's "Modern Love Story", which does bring back the frenzy and style of old school NYHC. The second unreleased song, the highly sought after "Convectuoso" is the best song on the entire import, and it's only a demo of it! Too bad it wasn't released on Worship And Tribute. That means this is the only place to hear that song. And trust me you really do want to hear this song. It's Glassjaw being mellow, and slower, and just puts you in such a perfect mood. I love the song so much. If you find this import, buy it immediately, especially if you like Glassjaw. Hey you gotta be a completist right?.

Almost Impossible to get, but well worth it
I got this for (I was VERY lucky) . . a little while ago, after searching almost everywhere for it. I Must say that I am a HUGE GlassJAw fan, and I own Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence as well, and this is just as important as both albums. The two tracks not available on the other records, Modern Love Story(A Youth Of Today cover) and Convectuoso, an incredible song produced by GlassJAw themselves during the sessions of Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence. Modern Love Story is pure NYC hardcore, as has been said in the past reviews, and is one of those songs that will make you get up and go crazy. Convectuoso stands out a great deal from other GlassJAw songs, in that it is incredibly mellow, and is one of my favorite GlassJAw songs. All and all if you can find this single, I would get it,.

Worth it for Convectuoso
Convectuoso is a Glassjaw rarity, slow, mellow, but still full of emotion. Sure it's only in demo form, but if the version of Convectuso on Worship and Tribute is as good we're in for a huge treat in July. The cover of Modern Love Story is pure NYC hardcore. A must for any hardcore Glassjaw fan.

Its GlassJAw! What else do you expect.
" Convectuoso makes the whole disc worth it. Nothing but the best from GlassJAw at all times! The CD contains Ry Rys Song "Album Version", Siberian Kiss "Radio Edit", a cover of a Shelter song and an unreleased outtake name "Convectuoso. Acoustic guitars with Daryl's vocals blaring about it all with soul and rythem, AMAZING AMAZING song. The Shelter cover is fast and furious as well in the NY hardcore vien of course. Get this disc if you love GlassJAw! Convectuoso may open some eyes that may have passed up GlassJAw in the past.

From the mouths of babes...
The average age in GlassJAw is 20, and yet every song always has such feeling and meaning. . This import is by no means an exception, with two tracks off of their latest release "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Silence". . . and then two bonus unreleased tracks thrown in! Ry Ry's Song is always a favorite with GlassJAw fans with it's upbeat, almost pop guitar and bass lines and dark lyrics to counterpoint. And how can anyone not love Siberian Kiss with it's interminglings of violence and and passion (even if it is an edit, it's still powerful). As for the two new tracks: I think I'll let you decide for yourselves. I wouldn't want to spoil anything.
