Great price, great service, great album
It has stood the test of time as an album that is as pleasurable to listen to now as it was upon its release some 30+ years ago. Golden Earring's " Moontan " is a very fine piece of music.

Underappreciated in its heyday
It's just a fine, fine Classic Rock classic that was undercollected at the time, but really wears well. Even if you're tired of "Radar Love", the radio hit found here, there's 3 tracks that are just as good and one more ("Candy's Going Bad") of interest, each about 8 minutes long. .

Unique, catchy . This album is a gem. . . a classic. Sit back, light up - enjoy.

Get it. In my opinion, this is the music CD that provides the foundation for all modern Rock 'n Roll.

Come out from under your rock...
But like a lot of people, I never got around to buying the album. I feel like I just awoke from a 30 year snooze! I love Radar Love and always considered it a blessing when it would come on the radio while I was driving and be played full-length. Wow - what a mistake! I happened along the LP somewhere along the way, and burned it to CD as part of my ongoing personal data conversion to digital. . .

I figured what the heck - I love Radar Love - I can put it on the iPod and have it in the car. . . Shoot, might as well give the other tracks a listen - how bad can they be?

More like "Where have you been all my life?" Are You Receiving Me? What makes me wonder is how this stuff went unplayed on the air. I guess the short answer it is that it's too long for radio, and a radio edit would be tough.

All I can say, without repeating what's already been said is "Get This" if you like progressive rock. It has hints of vocals that remind me of Roger Daltry. It has flute that reminds me of Ian Anderson. It has sax that is just great. It's all a little eclectic, but musically rich.
