You can't go wrong with this album. Amy Grant has a classic and true-to-tradition sound.


Classic Secular and Religious Fun
It also contains some of my favorite non-traditional Christmas songs. This album has some of my favorite traditional Christmas songs of all times - "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" and "Winter Wonderland" (not strictly Christmas). I always get taken back to my youth and the anticipation on Christmas Eve when I hear "The Night Before Christmas". "Emmanuel, God With Us" and "Breath of Heaven (Mary's Song)" are "new" classics, if you ask me. I am a fan of the classic medievel feel of the instrumental in "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" (a reason I'm a big fan of The Corrs).


Love it!
This CD is worth it just for "Breathe of Heaven" alone (a truly remarkable song!).


wonderful holiday album to add to your collection!
My favorite song is "Emmanuel (God With Us)" and then "Breath of Heaven. I own all of Amy Grant's Christmas albums, but I think this one is my favorite. " Wonderful lyrics, beautiful arrangements of the songs. . . an all-around FANTASTIC album. I highly recommend it! :-).


My favorite Christmas album!!
Amy Grant puts a new spin on some old favorites and brought to life some new songs that I love. I love this CD!! I have to listen to it every Christmas. "Mary's Song" is probably my most favorite song on the whole disk, but I just love it and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!!.
