A live CD that doesn't suck! Usually all the noise just disrupts my listening. First let me state that I rarely like live albums. This is one of the few that I like. Classic Hagar songs, and an energy filled performance. . Fair live album At the time of its release he was a big star on Geffen records. Hagar live,released about 3 years after it was recorded. This album is rather skimpy,most songs are fairly weak,but ok. Capitol milks a little more from their departed star! You will appreciate this piece of work if you are a true Hagar fan, though if you are you probably already have it. Released after Sammy signed with Geffen records and exploded with the great "Standing Hampton", this album features poor sound quality but great songs from "Street Machine", "Danger Zone" and also his days with Ronnie Montrose. If you have only jumped on Sammy's bandwagon after a recent trip to the Cabo Wabo,then start with his other live release, "All Night Long ".
