Glad to have it in my collection Emmily Lou Harris is one of my favourite artists. I purchased this CD on the previous reviews. However, I have to say that I prefer her Duets album and All the Road Running. But glad to have this CD as part of my collection as this is one of her earlier works.
One of the best live albums of all time

Last Date: a tribute to Emmylou's early country career during the 70s/early 80s
Written by legendary music figures, such as: Hank Snow, Merle Haggard, Conway Twitty, Buck Owens, Bruce Springsteen, Gram Parsons, and Neil Young, these gems celebrate Harris's dedication to the folk/country roots of her Alabama/Virginia/N. A superb live performance of country songs featuring Emmylou and her Hot Band. Carolina origins and later transported to California.
Copy written in 1982 by Warner Bros. Records,Inc. , the album was resurrected in 2008 as a compact disk; a quality endeavor and certainly deserving of a place in any Harris collection.
Emmy Lou's Last Date
Very much a must for any EmmyLou fan. Classic EmmyLou, angelic voice with great sensitivity to the music and lyrics.
