Wow...
This single has "Darkness (Radio Edit)" and "Random Blinking Lights" and 2 video (Pop!ular and Darkness). A friend of mine went to England and got me the Australian singles release. I must say, it is simily amazing. Since we dont get any exposure of Darren Hayes here in Canada, I thought these music videos were great to see. Popular was just full of fun and humour while "Darkness" video had a very intimate feel. I simply love the song "Random Blinking Lights," it has a great tune and amazing lyrics. If you like Darren Hayes and buys singles, this is a good buy.

Darren continues to surprise
com was that the cd I ordered had a "Warning" label on it. One thing that really caught my eye when I opened the package from Amazon. At first I thought they made a mistake, but then I skipped ahead to "Random Blinking Light" and all was made clear. Not to give the wrong impression, but Darren does use the "f" word once and it totally fits with the grittier style of music that he has written and recorded on "The Tension and The Spark", but this song is more like a "pop" song compared to some of his darker music on "The Tension and the Spark". This single is worth getting not only for "Random Blinking Light" (I think I've listened to it more than 10 times a day), but also for the videos that many of us never get to see on our local music station channels.
When you listen, open your ears and your mind!.
