Extrodinary Musicianship But his acoustic performances here really send a chill down my spine with every listen. Haynes has always been renowned for his guitar playing - Rolling Stone magazine listed him at spot #23 on their recent list. Every track is rock-solid, passionately driven blues acoustic rock that he is a master as, but the gem on this EP is definitely "Fallen Down". Give it a preview listen above, and tell me its not worth your $0. 99.
Amazing work - I just wish it had a few more tracks on it!.
Classic acoustic from the master.
Eastcoast, living free. Haynes lays down some great tunes here, if you are a fan then this is a must.
Love Me Some Warren!
A great EP should always leave a listener wanting more, and that's exactly what this one does, with a short acoustic set in which Haynes really shines. As I've come to expect, Warren Haynes puts more passion and soul into his playing and singing than any number of other artists combined, and it makes for an incredible performance, by a top notch performer.
I only wish it were longer.
On another note, at the time of writing this review (2/17/08) the track listing information on this page is incorrect. The album is five tracks:
1. Patchwork Quilt
2. I'll be the One
3. Indian Sunset
4. Fallen Down
5. End of the Line
The audio samples are correct, even if the track names are not.
