I just wanted one song
I am very happy!. I have been looking for this song since I first heard in the late 90's and I found it in execellent condition for fraction of the price.

Tracks 1 and 5 are masterpieces, forces to be reckoned with!!! Tracks 2 and 4 are the best of the mixes here, they're slow and very sweet, and Q-Tip is not present in those. Track 3 has major bass damage, and isn't so good.


Very cool
But you can hardly hear Janet Jackson at all, the beat drowns her out. I love this song!! It's one of the kind you would play at a party.
The song practically only says " Don't it always seem to go, that you don't know what you've got til it's gone" and a little rapping from Q-Tip.


the Production is cool,but that is the best thing
Janet's voice is burried well beneath the Beat&Groove. i like the Production on this song more than anything else. Q-Tip has a Decent flow through out. Joni Mitchell's Sample is hit&Miss on this cut. this whole Hook Up has Re-Mix written all over it as to lead single or even as a Album Cut.


Great Single
Got Til It's Gone is a nice song that is a little detour from the regular music that everyone is used to hearing. Janet has always put out a great CD, be it a single or a full length, and this is no exception. The remixes are great, and may become repetitive (very minimal), but some are different enough to make it worth buying.
