I think the best produced and my favorite Jars CD
of 99. I have listened to this CD since the day it has come out back in Nov. That's Ten years ago. I haven't listened to this album continually but come back every so often to see where it fits in my adult life compared to when I was in high school. About a year ago I put this album back in and found not only do I still love this CD I believe it is even more insightful from ten years ago. All the songs are crafted and are probably the catchiest Jars songs they have ever had. It is a simple in a good way record. So I wanted to give this CD a good review because I think that being ten years later and me being a musician this is the one you want to read.

+ songs : Goodbye Goodnight, Collide, No One Love Me Like You, Famous Last Words, Sad Clown, Grace, Can't Erase It, River Constantine

Pretty good album
I only wanted to hear what the rest of this album was all about as I already have made my mind up that "Unforgettable You" is the weakest of all the songs on this album. I am not too much of a fan of Jars of Clay, but this is a very good effort here. Now that's out of the way I can tell you the positives of this album. "Goodbye. . . Goodnight" which kicks off this album is good, but wouldn't have made it the opener because that would be sending a mixed message with the song that follows it. The third song on this album is probably the best on here as I just sampled these songs I may buy the album now. It seems that the group was trying to create more of a pop album here than their traditional alternative sound, and that may have been the thing that backfired on them with this album. It's really a decent sounding album give it a chance. .

Great new music
Most people don't even know JoC are believers; they just enjoy the music. I've always loved this style of Christian music.
"I want to know why"
Great stuff!.

Not Their Best!
In short, it is not their best. This CD is ok, but certainly does not compare to their debut album or "Much Afraid" or "Good Monsters". I would highly recommend any of the three I have mentioned here before I would recommend this one. There are some good songs("Unforgetful You", for instance)that save it from being a total disappointment.

Loved it!
Seems like Jars of Clay got back to the basics with this CD. Great CD. Loved it.
