Astounding in every way!
If you have the audiophile gear to really appreciate the post production work, this is a must have CD. No only do I love Jack Johnson's music, the mastering is phenomenal. It is my number one choice for demo-ing my music room's system to friends, family and the like. To just see their expressions is such a treat. Jack is not just playing - he's right there with you. Fantastic work!.

Wonderful and Peaceful


Understated playing which let's the songs breath with good lyrics and a playfulness. Jack Johnson writes songs that are laid back with a jazz and blues feel mixed in to provide songs that are easy to just relax to. Towards the end of Fortunate Fool you can hear Johnson provide a musical nod (and a grin it seems) to another song.

Sit down on the couch, lower the lights and just listen.

HOWEVER, the seller took immediate steps to correct the problem. I had a problem with the CD being damaged.

Groovy tunes.
It is verry mellow, but also very upbeat. This is great music for anyone who likes groovy acoustic guitar tunes. I always seem to be in a better mood after listening to this and I can't help but tap my foot and sing along.
