Tom is the MAN
But the engineers must have know this guy was here to stay, much the same as George Martin with the Beatles, and they put a lot of effort into making a good recording, and the payoff is a good sounding, feel like you're there experience. I have owned the album version of the Las Vegas show and was looking for the cd finally I found it and I was very surprised at how good it sounds considering its recorded live back when the equipment was not as good as today.


Tom Jones Live in Las Vegas at the Flamingo Hilton on CD !
It is hard to find on CD, but now, you don't have to pay a lot for the limited number of those CDs that were produced - just buy this one. This version of Tom's live songs has all of the songs from the original "Tom Jones Live in Las Vegas - At The Flamingo Hilton" LP. . . and you'll get a few extra live songs from the Live in Londen At The Talk of the Town LP and a couple off of the EP Tom Jones On Stage. . . . As a lifelong Tom Jones fan, I highly recommend this one (From Las Vegas to London - The Best of Tom Jones Live). Peace. . . The Muse.

If you liked the vinyl recordings of "Live In Las Vegas" at the Flamingo and "Talk of the Town" in London, you'll will love this CD. This CD is a great find for real Tom Jones fans. The music is great and Tom is his best in these live performances. .


Rowdy,punchy, well played, in your face, definitely 'live'
Tom is well known for belting out a song and though at times I am not always into that, at other times it's just what I need. This CD was the best bet for me as the LIVE AT THE FLAMINGO cd is very expensive and out of print - this is the less expensive but no less groovy option, as it includes that complete album. The band on this CD is great - I must give credit to the super intense drummer, who drives the songs and is every bit as exciting as Tom is.
I think that anyone looking for a supercharged live album should not look any further than this bargain - it is probably going to get worn out from overuse and I can't say that of too many albums in my collection. .

heard its just great . this is one of the best if not the best Tom Jones music cd I have ever . . . . love all the music tom at his best. . live and loaded best buy I made enjoy it all the time.
