Customer Reviews A Most Underrated Band It is my opinion that some of the best Pop/Rock music was produced in the 1980's. One person said it best when he or she asked "why don't they make music like this anymore?" The catchy pop hooks are infectious! I own hundreds of audio CDs and this one is one of my all time favorites. The majority of today's rock music lacks style, substance and is merely corporate prattle. Why don't we get music like this anymore? Katrina and the Waves had a real knack for songs with great hooks. A great collection of songs. I'd never heard "Rock 'n' Roll Girl" before I bought this CD, but it's incredibly catchy. I haven't been able to get it out of my head (but not in a bad way - it's a great song!). .
