Customer Reviews One of the greatest, briefest power-pop bands ever And Katrina Leskanich's voice was a marvel -- galeforce and gorgeous. Dang KATW were a powerhouse pop group! Rockin' & rollickin'. This great collection is a real bargain. So many wonderful songs beyond the obvious monster hit. "Do You Want Crying," "That's The Way" and "Is That It?" are personal favorites. My only complaint (sorry!) is the omission of Vince de la Cruz's beautiful "Sleep On My Pillow," one of the all-time great lost rock ballads. The lyrics, melody and Katrina's vocal practically drip with dignity and heartbreak. Makes me WEEP on my pillow! . Good Older Artist I love listining to it in my car. It is a fun dancing tune. Walking on anything else is a waste of time! The earthy tones and guttural feel provide an intensity not felt since the J. From the time i peeled off the celophane to my sock-footed dance through the apartment as I listened to Katarina walk on sunshine for the second time, this album, trough and through, makes me wet as manilla in the monsoon season. Giels Band laid down their epic track "Centerfold. " Comparisons begin with Lakeside and end with the Pretenders!. .
