Maybe Just For Big Fans
The best song is Dustland Fairytale. I REALLY enjoy this album, it is on my blackberry and take it everywhere. The emotion of the song comes out full force after you have seen the video. Granted the acting is a bit, well "music video" acting, but the story is powerful. To have those images run through your mind as this non traditional rock ballad roars is an experience. Human Dancer was the first track released in the states and is a fine song, along with spaceman. Those three tracks caught my ear immediately, the rest of the album is average at best, but since I am a fan of the Killers, I enjoy it more than I probably should.

The Best Album of 2008
With this album, The Killers have really taken it to the next level. I bought Day & Age when it first came out last year. They are excellent as song writers and as musicians. Day & Age is an incredible album! It takes the band in a new direction while still maintaining elements from Hot Fuss and Sam's Town. It's amazing to see how they have come as a band in only 5 years.

well-crafted, glittering, edgy and sonically stimulating. great album, every track is amazing! Bonus tracks are also awesome, even if they are only on itunes. Worth your money.


Great Producer but no so good album!!
My best song on the album is Human. Definitely the producer achieved a wonderful sound in this record but the songs are not the essence of the band. In that song the producer show that he brought a new element to the band that they never consider before which is a dance tune. The rest of the CD seems a little odd and even u can find a chessy bossa-nova song in this record!!! I have the feeling that The Killers didnt had a clue what bossa-nova is!!! Is up to you if u want to buy this record or not!!! I`d rather listen to The Killers in old form as in Hot Fuss than in this record!!! Thanks Stuart Price but no thanks!!!.


Great from Start to Finish
I could go into the merits of each individual song, but with an album this good there's no need. One of those rare albums that you can pop in the CD player and just let it ride from start to finish.
