Songwriter
While Kris is not known as a singer, I believe, on these classics at least, he dusts the cover versions. I bought this set many years ago, it remains one of my favorites from my entire vast cd collection, and I listen to it frequently, usually both discs together. I much prefer Disc A with Kris singing his own songs, yet I still marvel at the greatness of those that covered him.

Singer/Songwriter...great!
I'm glad I got this one. Being such a Kristofferson fan, it's fun listening to the rendition of his songs by other artists on the 2nd CD (Songwriter)after listening to him sing his own songs on the 1st CD (Singer).

THE SINGER
The "Singer" portion is my favorite, but then it is interesting to hear "Songwriter" to hear Kristofferson's influence on so many different artists. Just wonderful listening to this over and over again. My favorite.

Sunday Morning Going Down
Didn't really hear enough of it to rate it one way or another.
